Mary M. ("Meg") VanDeWeghe is CEO and President of Forte Consulting.
Ms. VanDeWeghe brings to her work at Forte over 35 years of experience as a financial professional. She has extensive experience serving on public and private company boards of directors. She also has served as Senior Vice President - Finance for Lockheed Martin and as a Managing Director at JP Morgan. Additionally, she has been a business school professor at Georgetown University and at the University of Maryland.
Ms.VanDeWeghe has worked with government clients, as well as multinational corporate clients in a wide range of industries including the aerospace & defense, chemicals, consumer goods, engineering & construction, health care, investment banking, investment management, legal, lodging, media & entertainment, mining, oil & gas, packaging, and telecommunications industries.
Ms. VanDeWeghe's areas of expertise include: strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, risk management, project financing, venture capital, investment management, corporate governance and investor relations.
Ms. VanDeWeghe received her MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where she was a Tuck Scholar. She received her BA in Economics from Smith College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
